Local Bury Business people got together to make a food donation to the CRACK ON ! Food Appeal.
The group of local business people use the PAY IT FORWARD philosophy, when members Mark Byford and Gary Spencer said they were organising the campaign the members were right there behind them.
This collection just goes to show what can be achieved if you decide to make a difference !

Sainsbury's staff with Zach Byford one of the helpers at the CRACK ON ! food appeal collection day at Bury Sainsbury's.10% of the total required to feed the 500 people was collected today :-)
We are back at Sainsbury's next Friday from 10am to 8pm, grab a trolley and chuck in an extra can, packet or jar.
thanks to everyone that helped to day possible, now lets CRACK ON !!! and make this a massive campaign.

Hi everyone we are going to be in SAINSBURY'S today in Bury St Edmunds holding a food collection.
1pm will see The East Anglian Daily Times running a photo shoot and press release.
Come and support this amazing cause and donate some food for the elderly, homeless and the vulnerable

Lots more Collection Points close to confirmation, details to come in the next day or so, so PLEASE keep an eye on this blog for updates, and follow @Crack_on on Twitter if tweeting is your thing. Should be lots more press coverage coming this week too, but word of mouth is still our most powerful tool so get your friends and family in on our cunning plan and help us provide care packages for 500 vulnerable people this Christmas.
There are lots of ways to help beyond donating a tin of beans or a box of cereal too. We need volunteers who'll give up a few hours of their time to man in-store (yes, warm and dry!) Collection Points, transport donations to our storage space at Homespace, help us sort and create the food parcels, and the best bit of all, delivering them to their deserving recipients just before Christmas.
Please do give any time and help you can - your couple of hours will make possible a genuinely appreciated gift for 500 people who otherwise may well be alone or uncared for this Christmas. And you just KNOW that's going to feel good to know ;0)

From small acorns grow massive oak trees given time, well our time is now, for the next 20days we have the power to make a difference.
lets do it together we can feed 500 people, people that are down on their luck, old, homeless or vulnerable. Lets prove that everything isn't about doom and gloom and that real people still exist.

Beans, Carrots, New Potatoes, Corned Beef,Soup, Sweet Corn, Tomatoes, Chilli, Fruit, Jam, Marmalade, Pasta Sauce etc......

Cereals, Rice, Pasta, Flour, Sugar, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Toilet Rolls, Gravy, Mince Pies, Cakes, Biscuits, Chocolates, oxo etc......

We have kindly been given FREE warehousing for all the food we are starting to collect by Homestore on Anglian Lane Bury St Edmunds.
Thanks to Martin Tuck the MD we can now store everything in a safe and clean warehouse.

Morning ladies and gentlemen over night we have started the
"CRACK ON FOOD APPEAL"
Collection points are coming through and so far we have
GET STUFFED foam and cushion stall out side Boots on the market in Bury St Edmunds (sat only)

more venues wanted and more still confirming !

WE NEED YOUR HELP !!! on 23rd of December we want to deliver food hampers to the old and needy in the community.
The only challenge we have is we are looking for tins and packets of food to deliver ! what do you have to donate ?
We are looking to start a collection point in Bury St Edmunds in the next 48 hours.

Finally after months of planning by the TEAM we have completed the CRACK ON day and workshop ready for early January.
Watch this space for details coming in the next few days of times and dates.
We will be hosting the day at "The Function Room" of Eastgate Street Bury St Edmunds.
We will be covering the whys and hows of our CRACKONISUMS and how we can all achieve more for ourselves and others.

We guess you have all been wondering where CRACK ON has been and what we are up to.
Well, when we came up with the concept of CRACK ON we hadn't realised that would be just so much interest and so many ideas sent through to the office.
We have spent the last few months working hard in the background to establish a long and lasting system that would help us achieve your goals and desires.
So here we are with the exciting news of what's up and coming in the next few weeks and months ahead.
1) We will be launching a new social site for positive minded people.
2) We will be starting monthly meetings for people wanting to up their game.
3) We will be hosting CRACK ON days, where we will go out and do good for others.
4) We will be organising a food campaign to deliver food parcels to the needy.
5) We will be asking you to get involved to help spread the word about CRACK ON.
So is that enough for the time been..........well trust us when we say this is just the beginning !
Keep watching and keep pushing your friends and contacts to get involved.
